Paris, March 19, 2012. The Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) has granted its visa to the first supplement to Veolia Environnement’s base prospectus in relation to the 16 billion euros Euro Medium Term Notes (EMTN) programme on March 16, 2012.
The base prospectus and its first supplement (granted AMF visa n°11-474 on October 19, 2011 and AMF visa n°12-119 on March 16, 2012) is available on the website of the company at
